For clients located in the province of Quebec, this Disclosure Notice and all related services are governed by the laws of Quebec. For clients in other provinces, the applicable laws of that province may apply. Any disputes arising from these services will be resolved within the jurisdiction of the relevant province.
6. Language Compliance

This Disclosure Notice is provided in both English and French to ensure compliance with Quebec’s language laws. In the event of any discrepancies, the French version shall prevail for clients in Quebec.
